In a nutshell
It’s a playful application which can measure productivity performance with transparency helping each team member to improve from a current project or add new purpose to their career.
From there we have listed a series of words that we had to keep in mind during the upcoming different step:
Pulse, Playful, Players, Friendly correct, Corporate, Possibilities, Improvements, Performance, Align, Team, Interactions, Multicultural , Facilitates, Connection, Trust, Together.
First attempt
The customer already knew what they wanted so from there we have decided to share thoughts and co-create as a process.
First of all, they defined what is the meaning of having the six circles surrounded by a purple outline.
Circle symbol: Continuity
Flower of Life: Intersected circles front, the concepts of sacred geometry

Safer Logo
To play on the safe side we have started to settle every letter with the same weight because each initial has a meaning.
Combined shape
We added knowledge in-order-that the symbol needed to have a meaning.
Variation and Color
Multiple colors because of multiculturalism. So what would be the main color?
Violet and purple are very spiritual colours, we connect with them emotionally, however the target market will be firstly from the business world.
The colour coding is inspired from the chakra system – energy and spirituality world, rainbow symbols.
Debrief
It was time for reflection and to look together at what had literally been done.
What can we see analysis :
- I do not feel I want to play with another formal Application
- The logo look like a Déjà vu
- The rounded shape do not combine well with ACCORD
- The color caught my attention
- Too much contrast
- User has loads of work and I feel it’s again about work
- The logo need to encourage player to have fun
Settle the artwork
After reflection I have decided to take the lead by first of all sketching off different shapes and try to think about the process that lead to forming a Playful, Modern, Corporate, Classy, Minimalist, Easy, Sophisticated.
