Library System

I have identified issues that hindered the design work performance: by analysing the design work flow, I observed that increasing production levels created confusion in the designs function.

The increased work flow for team members can be better coordinated by creating a shared library.

I have taken the lead on this initiative in which a team of designers and developers work closely together with the product management function under my system of design organisation.
